round-the-clock to deliver final reports when you want them, where you want them
and how you want them.
Supplemental and Overflow Outsourcing
For our clients who prefer to maintain an internal transcription staff and dictation
equipment, we also offer our services to support them by providing timely help of
our transcription staff - whether it is to assist the clients on an ongoing basis
or to handle their overflow work in times of crunch. Our system is capable of interfacing
with most dictation systems on the market today and we will work with you to produce
the desired results - timely and accurately
Application Service Provider (ASP) Solution
For our clients who prefer to maintain an internal MT staff and may decide to outsource
the whole work eventually on an attrition-based approach, we also offer them a combination
of technology and transcription services i.e. voice capture and transcription. With
the ASP technology solution, client’s MTs can share the CTech’s transcription
system with CTech’s MTs and "co-manage" the workload with the ultimate goal
of servicing their end clients – the physicians and care providers. Our ASP
technology is web-enabled and allows the clients to manage their environment without
the hassles of managing the technology or spending precious capital dollars on technology.
The technology services are competitively priced on a line or minute basis.
On-site, Temporary Transcription Services
CTech offers temporary, on-site medical transcription services where our seasoned
medical transcriptionists come to your location and stay as long as necessary. Our
MTs arrive to help clean up a transcription backlog or to just fill a spot until
a new hire is established. These MTs are well versed in all work types, medical
specialties and transcription packages and are ready to make a production impact
from day one. Temporary, on-site transcription help is a quick and efficient way
to handle unexpected transcription volume from illness, temporary leaves or terminations.
