CTech works on a fixed percentage of net reimbursements…we don’t get paid unless the client does. Typical fees range from 3.5-6% of the collected amount. There is a nominal one-time setup fee and if applicable, a conversion fee to import existing patient demographics data from any legacy system in use. All the client needs is high-speed access to the Web.

A typical full-service billing client can benefit from the following services for a fixed monthly fee:

    ·  Toll free access to CTech
    ·  Patient statements at a nominal fee per mailed statement
